Ways to Back-up Published Articles for Writers

For those writers that have been publishing to various content websites can sometimes cannot account the hundreds of articles they have written. It is hard to manage already if you keep on writing everyday with various topics of your articles. Normally, writers do have a copy of the Microsoft Word version or other word processing software of the articles for reference and further use. 

Another way of saving articles online is by converting the webpage into pdf format and save them in a folder. There are a lot of html to pdf converters online that are free to use. I am currently using htmlpdf.com which is easy to use. It is best to have a copy of the actual published page of your article so you have the back-up of its publication. Converting html to pdf is better than using the “printscreen”.
