Many corporate employees do complain about their job and management company rules resulting to inefficiency and wanting to resign from the company. If you are one of them and not happy anymore, consider resigning and look for another job or company . But before doing that, think twice or atleast be prepared firs before resigning , or else you will end up jobless.
Ask yourself first if your complains are valid or you are just so choosy with work. You applied to the position you are now and you have been hired. It means that you are ready with the type of work you will handle and other related requirements of the job.
