Management of people is a skill that every a leader should have whether it is for an office, school, other organization, or as long as a group of people that you need to lead to achieve a common goal or task. In an office environment, managing people is quite a challenging task. Different personalities needs different approach, this will take part in dealing with them on a day to day basis. 

There are employees that are quite sensitive, there are types of aggressive or confident enough or straight to the point. There are also employees with bad problem normally the ones who violats company policies and so on. In delegating tasks and correcting them, there are appropriate words for them.
