Going to the supermarket is a usual activity to replenish grocery items at home. Whenever I go to the supermarket I am tempted to buy expensive and eye catching processed food that are easy to cook like sausages, ham, meat processed food, expensive bread spread, junk food, and so on. Aside from being expensive and not in the budget, I would realized that they are not healthy food. Sausages are usually for kids, they love to eat that.
Balance diet is important there should be a little of meat, vegetables, fruits, dairy products. Remember the pyramid source of food. Self control and determination should be practiced when going to the supermarket so that you will not end up buying food that are not necessary and healthy. You may overspend if it is not planned and followed.
