Here are some things to cope with stress:
Deep breathing and exercise. It is important to learn deep breathing, it helps release stress. When we
stressed, we tend to have difficulty in breathing. Have a regular exercise which includes deep breathing atleast 15-30 minutes everyday.
Planning and proper time management. These two will atleast save us avoid stress. Hassles and problems towards work or any activity results to stress
Sleep is equally important with exercise, we cannot perform well if we do not have enough sleep.
