Being
a leader entails responsibility and respect play an important role on being a
successful leader. To achieve a common
goal, respect to members as well as respect to a leader is vital for the success
of every group or organization. This

know the vision of the team. As the
captain of a ship, the leader knows the direction of where things are going to,
what are the things to achieve and what is important for the team.

earn trust from each members. A good leader teach by example and keep his
integrity. Recognize each member and
show care for them. By opening the
communication between them, opinions are recognized and challenges are easily
resolved through an interactive discussion.

know how to motivate. Give credit to
those who deserve to encourage them to work on
higher achievements. On the other
hand, reprimand in private for those who deserve it and motivate them to do
good next time.
