Same as the title goes, do you share your personal email password with your partner? Various couples (married or not) may have various opinions about this, to some it may cause arguments or disagreements. Okay, ideal relationships are build on trust, but does individualities of each should remain?. 

There are many other email accounts, but this article refers to the personal email that you have been maintaining even before the relationship. Unless you are the type of deleting emails from time to time, your personal email may contain sensitive emails from your other friends whom your partner do not know about, sensitive email communications with your family, important documents previously sent before. Some sentiments of women involved in romantic break-ups was because they have given their all and losing themselves totally while in a relationship. 

There maybe no right or wrong answer to the question. It may only depends on how will look at it of each person in a relationship and how they will go about it. 

The London Bridge is Falling Down

Remember the song “London bridge is falling down, falling down’. The famous song London Bridge is popularized because of the place London Bridge located at the Central London, England. It is one of the main tourist attraction of the city where many tourists flocked to see it and other attractions such as the London Tower, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Royal Opera House, Big Ben, and many others. 

The London Bridge is also a photographer’s favorite. As I travel to see the London Bridge up close, I took the best shot! 

To be Idle or Not?

Time is gold for those who has a handful of activities where 24 hours is sometimes not enough. You cannot even find time to sleep because there are things to do. But for those who are lazy and bored, idleness is a way of life. Where days comes by without doing anything productive.

To be idle or not is a choice we have to make on a daily basis. It is a choice if we are going to be lazy or do productive activities. If we have a plan for our daily activities, we can focus and be motivated to accomplish what we have planned. Sometimes things didn’t happen the way we planned, but we can adjust and be flexible. Time is gold to those who value time.

There are too many Android applications that are interesting which adds to your mobile phone experience and digital lifestyle. Although I already have the basic ones like Facebook, Yahoo Messenger, Opera Mini, Viber, Photo Collage, and a few more, I still want to try other applications that are interesting to use. Eating Fruits and Vegetables for Good Health

It is a common knowledge that fruits and vegetables are essential to our health. As a growing kid, I am used in eating vegetables since we have vegetable garden and my mother taught us the importance of eating vegetables.

Previously I am not really interested and aware of health topics. But when I begun writing online my interest grew as I read more about many health related topics. It is also good to know some food home remedies which can help relieve minor sickness. Thanks to Facebook, it lets you subscribe to article updates right there in your timeline.

Nowadays, I see to it that I have oranges, apples,pear,some grapes in the kitchen. If my time permits, I try to prepare fruit juice for the family. As for vegetables, I enjoy eating more vegetables than meat dishes.

Exploring Philippines: TPLEX Road for Travelers

TPLEX stands for Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway which is a shorter way by an hour when traveling from Manila to Baguio City and to Ilocos Region. This is good news to travelers which partially opens last December 2014 where they can enjoy and use the saved time for rest or jump to the first itinerary. 

With my recent trip to Ilocos Region, we passed by the NLEX (North Luzon Expressway, SCTEX (Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway), and TPLEX. These expressways were quite boring when you are at the straight road and and you are alone driving, but you can save time, driving effort, avoid traffic, and of course fuel.

If you are planning your vacation, you really have to be in detailed about it.  It can be tiring and you just wish it is your flight date already.  There will be hassles along the way but if you plan it well you will enjoy the trip.  If you are travelling abroad, there are a lot more requirements that preparing for a local one.  Check the country destination and know the checklist for their requirements.  Book your flights months ago to get a good price promo of your chosen airline. 

If you know somebody at your destination, you  may ask for accommodation since it is more costly to pay for hotels and other rental accommodations around.  There are cheap budgeted hotels but it is always a good thing that you have friends sponsoring you.

Being a freelance writer I have written several articles online which I need to back-up offline. It is advisable to have a copy of our articles in case the website closed down and it is still a good practice to save for documentation. Aside from MS Word file, having an html file copy converted to PDF is a great way to document your work online.  This is also useful if you are researching or simply want to copy from a webpage which includes graphics and backgrounds as is.

One online tool that converts an html webpage to PDF is htmlpdf.com now you will be directed to sodapdf.com , it is very useful as part of your productivity. I have used other html converter but others have limitations. It is easy to just copy and paste the URL link and press “get PDF”. Nowadays, web browsers or your OS allows you to convert easily by choosing the PRINT options and save as PDF.

Ribs steak meal is one of my favorite food although I seldom eat because of health reasons. But when I got to dine out recently, I enjoyed a ribs steak meal which was very affordable from Casa Verde at the newest food hub center in UP Center, Quezon City. 

What it makes more interesting is pairing it with A1 steak sauce. This is just perfect for the taste of the steak which makes the meal sumptuous. I tried to eat the ribs without the sauce and as if something is lacking. If I would be cooking at home, I would try to include making a homemade sauce. Time Management: Getting Busy or being Idle

Time management is an important factor on being successful.  Time is gold for those who have handful of activities where 24 hours are sometimes not enough. You cannot even find time to sleep because there are things to do. But for those who are lazy and bored, idleness is a way of life. 

Days are counting but you are still unproductive.  Getting busy or to be  idle is a choice you have to make on a daily basis. It is a choice if you are going to be lazy or do productive activities. If you choose to be idle, it means you just hang around the house or your room, watching television being a couch potato, staying on the internet just browsing without having an agenda of researching or working online.

If you choose to get busy, you have a plan for your daily activities and  motivated to accomplish what you have planned. Sometimes things did not happen the way you planned, but you can adjust and be flexible.

During these Covid-19 pandemic days, time is slow while you stay at home.  This is a great opportunity to use time wisely for family, home improvements, self discovery, enhance skills and knowledge.  Sharing for unfortunate people during this pandemic is also needed either giving our time doing DIY faceshield, cooking meals for others, and other ways to help.

Alternative Way to Manage your Online Files

How do you manage your online files if you have a lot of articles already? Having a back-up for our online files is a must for writers who still want to make use of their articles in the future and archive it effectively.

Do you use the browser bookmark for your online articles and other reference URL links?  If you have joined one site you would probably have fifty, hundreds, or a thousand articles.  If you have several websites you will have a lot of online files.  For the word files, it is better to be well organized so that you can easily refer to them if you need them for your future online activities.

One way to manage your online files or published works is to consolidate one word file for each site and have an MS Excel to organize the links.  It is easier to have one file for easier reference and for the links relying on browser bookmark tools which can be deleted if your operating system crashes.

Emergency Kit Preparedness

An emergency kit is important in our house with all the neccessary medicines intact. If a family member has special health condition, make sure that enough number of prescribed medicines are available. It is hard to go out if an emergency happens specially in the middle of the night.

For disaster preparedness, checkout the things you need depending on the type of disaster.  But generally, we will need food (canned  goods),portable emergency lamp, radio with batteries because electricity, Internet and mobile communicaations can be cut-off during a disaster which can be days.  You can research more of the list from the Internet to complete your emergency kit.

Poor Man’s Copyright for my Song

Being interested in music, I have been writing lyrics since my highschool days. Until now, when my mood strikes I write some lyrics. When I was out of the country years back, I was able to write a lyrics inside the four corners of my room. Maybe the cold weather outside took me to write one, the song is supposedly a sad song, but later on I finally decided to give it a twist with a humor on it. 

This song is one of my favorites I wrote so I decided to have a poor man’s copyright by writing it on a sheet of paper, put it in an envelope, and brought it to the post office addressed to my home address for whatever purpose it may serve in the future. I do not know much about copyright, this is the only way I know. When I arrived from my travel, the mail already arrived ahead of me. Until now, the mail that contains the song is still with me..unopened. I wonder when will it be opened.

Ways to Eat Banana Fruit

Banana is one of the common fruit we can have, it is affordable and always in season. Aside from oranges and apples, we always have banana fruit at home. There are many ways we can eat banana aside from eating it as a fruit. Here are some other ways:

Include in crepe recipes, crepes always include banana with a combination of another fruit. I normally combine banana and apple for my crepes.

As a fruit shake, banana is a wonderful fruit shake. Just consume it after preparing the shake.

As a dessert, chop the bananas in small sizes and put choco syrup. For variation, you can put powdered milk. Enjoy the yummy taste!

I am an Android phone user and as I browse the various apps available in Google Play market place I saw TuneIn Radio. With so many other music apps, this one I really enjoyed. It lets me enjoy streaming radio music from local and international radio stations. Aside from music on various genres, You can also listen to news, sports, podcasts on various topics.

Use the favorite button (heart icon) to bookmark the station, if you want to search for a certain artist or particular topic just use the search button. Since my senior citizen mom is also an Android user but not really a techie person, I tried to teach her about TuneIn to enjoy more music, to listen on her favorite topics such as gardening, herbs, and paintings. She can listen while doing other things at home.

Holidays or having no work are much awaited days for people working in a busy schedule on ordinary days. Those who are employed who are working so hard in regular days with little time to spend with the family and to do some personal errands. Travel Experience: Eating Salmon Salmon in Delft Netherlands

In one of my travels, I was lucky to visited the city of Delft in Netherlands which is located in East of The Hague where I am staying. Delft is an interesting place where famous Dutch painter Vermeer was a native, other attractions includes Botanic Garden, old churches, the Delt Town Hall building has great architecture, museums, the pottery factory, and more. But none of them made me remember about Delft, it is when we had our break from touring the city. We went to a nearby trail of food stalls which sells various sandwhiches and snacks.


My sister who is a resident told me that a fresh salmon sandwhich was great and she highly recommended it to my mother and me. To my curiosity, I said yes to the invitation but when I took the first and second bite I did not like the taste. I manage to eat the whole salmon sandwhich but never will I eat it again.

Sorry I failed to take a photo of the actual sandwhich, the taste was enough for me to remember it.

When we had a breakfast from one of the favorite pastry and dining restaurant half an hour drive from our area, I took a picture inside. I like the stylish interior design of the restaurant, it helps customers to feel at home like me. The photo is actually the entrance of the female bathroom, at the right side of the door is the unique inverted mirror design. The pastel color combination and right lighting are just perfect for the restaurant.

Viber offers free calls and messages to Android users. It is not just a a messaging platform, but also for sending photos, videos, and also doodle you own drawings to send for loved ones especially abroad. It is easy and fast to use compared to other messaging applications. Although Facebook is also available, I find Viber easier to use if you want to message or call somebody.

My mother is already a senior. She is not that a techie person (although she knows how to use Facebook), but she is happy to use Viber in connecting to my other siblings in different parts of the world. She was once did a doodle “a simple colorful flower” and sent it to my brother. Parents accross the globe have many choices now to connect with their children. 

Arthritis Relief: Cocumber, Ginger, Lemon, Celery Juice

My brother has an arthritis and I have to take care of his food and assist him since he became bedridden for almost a week. I need to joggle my his food and other needs before I leave for my day time work and at night when arriving my work. I bought some medicines for pain and inflammation for arthritis, but his condition is still not progressing.

I searched for home remedies for arthritis and I found out that cucumber can help reduce inflammation by eliminating uric acid. Since I bought a fruit juicer, I tried to prepare a juice with cocumber, ginger, celery, and lemon (added some honey to atleast reduce the spicy taste of ginger) . Ginger is also  good for arthritis that is why it is great to combined it with cucumber.

After drinking of 2 glasses of prepared juice, the inflammation was reduced. He was able to walk a bit, but I guess it is a good progress since the other day every move he did was painful. This article do not endorse it as an absolute cure for arthritis, but home remedies are there for us to try as an alternative medicine. If it persist, it is still advisable to seek medical help.

I will not further discuss about HAARP, but if you will be reading or Google “HAARP”, you can see a lot of articles and videos about it. There are already anti HAARP activist which continue to oppose about the program. Just a reminder that we need not to believe easily on everything what we read from the unreliable websites, but it is also good to be aware and research about these type of reports. It is for us to be vigilant about what is happening around us. It is also our responsibility to protect the world for our future generations.
