Going to the grocery is an activity that we do often. I usually go to supermarket weekly to replenish our grocery stock. Knowing that I have a limited time to do that weekly, I see to it that I already have “things to buy” before I go. Writing it down and planning in advance enables me to save time and effort when inside the grocery.
Here are the usual things to buy:
Bread and biscuits
Fruits such as apples,oranges,pears,lemon
Some vegetables such as potatoes, carrots
Milk & Chocolate drink
Sometimes going to the supermarket helps me unwind from stress. This is only a good exercise walking around the supermaket.
