Businesses today are competing today with the market share that is why marketing and sales are very important. With every success of a company or business are the hardworking manpower resources. They are vital workforce but they can also the cause of a failure of a business. 

Managing people is an easy task for managers who requires leadership and management skills to be able to keep them and maximize their capabilities. The first step of managing people is know them well. From the interview itself and the resume presented, know their background and even family matters as well so later on you will understand their concerns. Second is to be friendly and keep an open approach, but keeping the boundaries. Some may misinterpret or take advantage of being too friendly with them. It is also to establish respect from them.
