Sight Saving Tips for Freelance Writers

Writers are prone to sight problems since eyes are commonly used in reading, writing, and working online. Imagine if you have lost your eyes? Yes, you can still manage to type in the keyboard if you already memorized the keys, but it can be very difficult or impossible for you to navigate in web pages if you cannot see them on screen without the help of others. It is important that we take care of our eyes to avoid sight problems. Here are some things we can do to help save our eyes:

Have a regualr check up with your optometrist, preventive measures is always best.

Have an interval when working online, take a atleast a fifteen minute break so as not to strain the eyes.

Make sure that your workstation is well lighted and the brightness of your screen is just appropriate.

Avoid those people who have sore eyes.

Eat food that are good for the eyes such as carrots.
