Protect yourself from Summer Heat

Protect yourself from intense heat and stay cool during summer.
Summer heat.

Drink Plenty of Water.   Hydrate yourself and do not wait to be thirsty before you drink water.  You may experience dehydration or heat stroke if you do not have enough water to replenish the fluid you lose when you sweat.  Make it habit to bring a bottled water or any other liquid to quench your thirst.

Eat more fruits and vegetables during summer which includes 90% of water.  Enjoy yummy fruit shakes, slices of watermelon, bowl of lettuce greens, and other fresh sliced fruits.

Sprinkle often around your body. Always bring a small spritzer with cold water wherever you go.  Sprinkle a little bit around your body to keep it cool and refresh.

Wear loose-fitting clothes.  it allows the air to circulate keeping you fresher and less sweaty contrary to tight-fitting dresses that causes heat in the body.

Suncreen Protection.  Use sun block with high SPF  to protect your skin from sun ultra violet rays which can cause skin dryness and premature wrinkles.

Wear sunglasses.  Our eyes also needs protection from ultra violet rays so it is advisable to always wear a good pair of sunglasses.
