Eating Fruits and Vegetables for Good Health

It is a common knowledge that fruits and vegetables are essential to our health. As a growing kid, I am used in eating vegetables since we have vegetable garden and my mother taught us the importance of eating vegetables.

Previously I am not really interested and aware of health topics. But when I begun writing online my interest grew as I read more about many health related topics. It is also good to know some food home remedies which can help relieve minor sickness. Thanks to Facebook, it lets you subscribe to article updates right there in your timeline.

Nowadays, I see to it that I have oranges, apples,pear,some grapes in the kitchen. If my time permits, I try to prepare fruit juice for the family. As for vegetables, I enjoy eating more vegetables than meat dishes.
