Being in a new environment can create a little of anxiety especially for new graduates. When you are working already the environment is much different in school environment. It requires more responsibility when it comes to attendance and performance. Know about the company as much as you can. Before the interview and on your first day of work, do the research. Most companies today have their own website, learn about the products or services of the company which will give you more advantage.
Try to get along with co-workers but maintain a professional relationship.
Have an initiative to learn on your own so that you will be indepent, your employer will be more pleased that everything are not being feed on you.
Have a work system to perform tasks well and able to meet deadlines.
