Keeping a Healthy Back for Writers

Writers work most of the time sitting down with their workstation either through desktop computers, laptop, or tablets. If not being taken care of back pain can occur which later on can affect physical condition. Here are some reminders about having a healthy back:

Having a good posture while working in the computer will help to have a healthy back.

Back exercises are necessary, a fifteen-minute workout will do. Use stairs instead of elevators. Do not make strenuous exercise and if you have previous back pain consult a doctor before doing a new back exercise.

To avoid injury, lifting techniques are necessary. Bend your knees while lifting to support the back.
