Cook food well specially the pre-cooked food in packages.

When preparing the food, make it a habit to wash hands frequently. A dirty hard can contaminate the food and will likely bring common infections.

Chilled food must be put in the fridge at once coming from the supermarket.

For toddlers, make sure that appropriate food should be given. Be aware the danger of choking.

When done cooking, keep the kitchen clean.
