For every business, customer satisfaction is one of the priorities. There are things to meet in order to achieve customer satisfaction, here are some of them:
Know what your customers need.

Keep an open communication with customers. Monitor and check them so you would know their product and service concerns as well as offer them other new products.

Quality is the most common factor considered by customers. Some gives a good sample and deliver good quality products, but later on changes on the quality for succeeding orders. It is important to deliver quality products consistently.

Competitive pricing is very important, some customers are really after the pricing. Quality are sometimes secondary if they are tight with the budget.

Fast and timely delivery is always a factor in delivery good service. If your product is of good quality and the price is affordable, but your delayed delivery will cause them to cancel the order.
