How to Lower your Cholesterol

To avoid the risk of cardiovascular problem, start lowering cholesterol intake for a more a healthy lifestyle:

Eat less fat, reduce your fat intake which is usually with dairy products, fatty meats especialy organ meats from animals, and other processed foods. 

On the other hand, eat more fiber which comes from oats, fruits, and beans food. Fruits and vegetables are best since they do not have fat at all.

When you shop for grocery, read the labels of canned goods that you buy. Go for products with low saturated fat.

Drink less alcohol with atleast two bottles a day, alcohol may increase cholesterol level.
