Effects of Lack of Sleep

We all know that sleep is very important for the body to function. It is where body cells regenerate because of daily activities and stress. If you are working, you need to stay focus and alert physically, emotionally, and mentally. People nowadays tend to have lack of sleep because of lifestyle, extended working hours, or need to allocate more time for studies, and so on. Lack of sleep may result to the following:

1. Mental alertness decreases which may cause ineffectiveness to perform tasks at work, more errors are possible.
2. Inability to grasp more information and work processes.
3. Change in mood or irritability which may affect business relationships.
4. Risk of health problems which may cause work attendance.
