How do you cope with Everyday Stress?

Stress has been a common topic since we all experience stress either in the family, work,  friends, or in other activities that affects us in some way. They are already part of the challenges of life that either helps us to be stronger as a person or weakens us and be depressed if not  managed properly.

Here are some things to cope with stress:

Deep breathing and exercise. It is important to learn deep breathing, it helps release stress. When we
stressed, we tend to have difficulty in breathing. Have a regular exercise which includes deep breathing atleast 15-30 minutes everyday.

Planning and proper time management. These two will atleast save us avoid stress. Hassles and problems towards work  or any activity results to stress

Sleep is equally important with exercise, we cannot perform well if we do not have enough sleep.
