The Cast of Fox T.V Musical Glee

Glee is a  musical comedy-drama television series created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan. The show received an outstanding response from viewers and recognition from award giving bodies including  2010 Golden Globe Awards for Best Television Series—Musical or Comedy,  Best Actress (Lea Michele), Best Actor (Matthew Morrison), and Best Supporting Actress (Jane Lynch).  Also People’s Choice Award  for Favorite New TV Comedy in 2010 and with other 19 Emmy Nomination Awards.

Cast of Glee
Lea Michele (Rachel Berry) was born on August 29, 1986 a native of Bronx, USA with Spanish and Italian descent.  Broadway and musicals are not new to Michele as she first performed at the age of eight on her  Broadway debut as "Young Cosette" in "Les Miserables."   Since then  Michele’s Broadway career continue to flourish  as she also appeared on productions "Ragtime" and "Fiddler on the Roof" and "Spring Awakening".  Her current project includes  the  film "Dorothy of Oz", her voice plays the lead character Dororthy.

Matthew Morrison (Will Schuester) was born in California who studied musical theater, vocal performance and dance at the prestigious Tisch School of the Arts, New York University. His biggest Broadway break “Hairspray”. His Broadway career followed by "The Light in the Piazza” which gave him a Tony Award nomination and a Drama Desk nomination for Outstanding Actor in a Musical for "10 Million Miles."   He also appeared in some television shows such as "Numb3rs," "CSI: Miami," "As the World Turns," "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" and "Ghost Whisperer."

Cory Monteith (Finn Hudson)  is a Canadian born on May 11, 1982.  Television credits includes lead roles for MTV series “Kaya” and “Hybrid”. Other guest appearances on popular “Smallville”, Supernatural," "Stargate SG-1," "Flash Gordon" and "Interns."

Jane Lynch (Sue Sylvester) was born on July 14, 1960 in Illinois, USA. She graduated a Bachelor’s degree in theatre from Illinois University and Masteral in Fine Arts (Theatre) at Cornell University. Jane is an actress-comedienne, writer and singer.
Some of her past films are "The Rocker," "Spring Breakdown," "Alvin and the Chipmunks," "Walk Hard," "Talladega Nights,". While she appeared on television shows such as "Desperate Housewives,", a recurring roles on "Boston Legal," "Two and a Half Men," "Criminal Minds" and "The New Adventures of Old Christine."
Lynch won the Outstanding Supporting Actress In A Comedy Series at  62nd Emmy Awards 2010 for her Glee role.

Jayma Mays (Emma Pillsbury) was born Jayma Suzette Mays in July 16, 1979 in Virginia, USA. Red hair Jayma studied Radford University in Radford, Virginia with a degree in Performing Arts. In 2004, she had her first television appearance on “Joey” and in 2005, a film debut with a supporting role on “Red Eye”. Numerous projects follows for Jayma and in 2007, she starred in “Epic Movie” where she met her husband, Adam Campbell.
